VIDEO GAMING & LUCID DREAMING
A quick Google search will reveal a new and exciting connection between people who regularly play VIDEO RPGs (video Role Playing Games) and a healthier dream life. Navigating through an alternate reality during waking hours, apparently 'trains' our subconscious to successfully deal with nightmares and other negative effects during dreams, as well as boosting our levels of self-confidence and creative problem-solving skills.
