This 1874 Victorian masterpiece entitled, "Sleep and his Half-brother Death," by artist J.W. Waterhouse, illustrates the close interrelationship between sleep and death--- sleep having traditionally been named the "Little Death." Within, we will explore the survivalist theme of 'Lucid Dreaming' through a variety of instructionally-powerful methods which have the potential to equip seekers with insight into mastering tomorrow's inevitable Death, via today's World of the Living.
